John is a Founding Partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Before starting the firm, John was President of AMG Wealth Partners from 2011 to 2017. Prior to AMG Wealth Partners, he was the senior partner of one of Morgan Stanley’s largest Private Wealth Management teams. Earlier in his career, John served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and as Managing Director for E-Commerce and Wealth Management at Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career in 1988 in the Private Client Services Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he rose to Managing Director. John holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University, an M.S. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law School and a Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins.

Sean is a Founding Partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Before starting the firm, Sean was a Director of AMG Wealth Partners from 2014 to 2017. Prior to AMG Wealth Partners, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Sabadell Bank & Trust’s Palm Beach office, focused on private banking, wealth management and corporate development. Sean began his career as an Associate at Dearden, Maguire & Weaver. He holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.

Rich is a Founding Partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Before starting the firm, he was a Managing Director of AMG Wealth Partners from 2014 to 2017. Prior to AMG Wealth Partners, Rich was Managing Director at Focus Financial Partners. He founded and managed the Focus Connections program, which helped advisors from major brokerage firms establish their own independent wealth management businesses. Earlier in his career, Rich served as Director in Charles Schwab’s Strategy Group and was an analyst at Silver Lake Partners. Rich is a graduate of St. Catherine’s College, Oxford.

Allison is a Senior Partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group, overseeing partner firm integrations and the management of WPCG. Previously, Allison was the Chief Administrative Officer of WPCG, and prior to that, an Associate of AMG Wealth Partners. Before AMG Wealth Partners, she spent five years at Affiliated Managers Group in the New Investments group. Allison holds a B.A. with honors from Stonehill College.

Paul is the General Counsel and a Partner at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, he was an attorney at the law firm of Holland & Knight from 2011 to 2019 specializing in corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, and a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law.

Andrew is an Associate General Counsel of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, he was an Associate General Counsel at Acquco, a serial acquirer and operator of e-commerce brands, and an attorney at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP specializing in corporate law, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.A. in History from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Colin is an Associate General Counsel of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, he was an attorney at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2018 to 2021 specializing in corporate law, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Legal Studies from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Kim is an Associate General Counsel of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group she was a Business Affairs Counsel at Sony Corporation of America, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and commercial transactions, and an attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and private equity. She holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a J.D., High Honors and Order of the Coif, from Emory University School of Law.

Nick is a Partner and the Head of Corporate Development at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, Nick was the Head of Business Development at StratiFi, a financial technology company based in San Francisco. Previously, he was an Associate on the M&A team at Focus Financial Partners in New York City. He began his career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Nick holds a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.

Mac is a Partner at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, he spent three years at PIMCO in New York City, where he worked as an Account Associate and as a Specialist in the Portfolio Analysis Group. Mac holds a B.S. in Business & Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.

Dan is a Partner at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, Dan was an Associate of AMG Wealth Partners from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he was a Financial Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, where he worked for three years in Private Wealth Management. Dan holds a B.S.B.A from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Parker is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he worked for three years as a Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services, where he specialized in wealth management strategies that included advisory solutions, financial planning, equity awards, and cash management. Parker holds a B.A. in Economics from Elon University.

Sean is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he was a Business Development Associate at GlassView in New York City. Sean holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Formal Organizations from Trinity College, in Hartford, CT.

Maddie is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she spent three years at Vanguard, where she worked as a Fixed Income Trader and Investment Analyst. Maddie holds a B.S.B.A from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. Maddie is a CFA charterholder.

Shannon is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. She began her career working in alternative asset management in the Greater Philadelphia area. Shannon is a former Division 1 athlete, she holds a B.S., as well as a M.S. in Experiential Research from Saint Joseph’s University.

Pete is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he was a Wholesaler and Regional Consultant at Putnam Investments in Boston. Pete holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

John is a Senior Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he worked as a Wholesaler at MFS Investment Management. John holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.

Nicole is a Senior Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she spent four years at Bloomberg LP where she worked as an Enterprise Account Manager, and as a Portfolio Analytics Specialist. Nicole holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Information Science from Villanova University.

Kevin is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he worked for three years as an internal wholesaler at FS Investments, where he specialized in alternative investments. Kevin holds a B.S. in Communications from Ithaca College.

Tom is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he was a Project Manager on the US Public Equities team at Third Bridge. Tom holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from Boston College.

Jonathan is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners Capital Group, he worked at a family office in New York. Jonathan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Wes is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he was on the Business Development team at PitchBook Data. Wes holds a B.A. in Political Science, alongside minors in History and Philosophy from Penn State University.

Rocco is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he was on the Business Development team at Tommy John. Prior to that, he was a Business Development Representative at PitchBook Data. Rocco is a former Division 1 athlete, he holds a B.A. with a focus in Sales and Marketing from the University of Michigan.

Brett is the Senior Director of Finance at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners, he spent five years at Dynasty Financial Partners, where he worked in their M&A and Capital Strategies groups. Brett graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and minor in Spanish.

Luis is a Senior Financial Analyst at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, he spent one year at Upstart, where he worked as a Credit Analyst. Luis holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from The Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.

Casey is the Director of Integration at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Prior to Wealth Partners, she spent six years at PIMCO where she was a Project Manager in Technology Infrastructure. Casey holds a B.S. in Biopsychology from the University of California Santa Barbara and a M.S. in Human Nutrition from Columbia University

Katie is an Associate with Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she was a Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse, and an Analyst at Wealth Partners. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Jillian is a Director at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she was a member of AMG Wealth Partners from 2012 to 2017 after spending two years with Affiliated Managers Group. Jillian holds a B.A. in Strategic Communication and a minor in Business from Ohio State University.

Yoli is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she worked at UBS as a Client Service Associate and in different capacities within the banking industry since 2006. Yoli holds a B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Michelle is an Associate at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she was an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Prior to that, she was an Office Assistant at Affiliated Managers Group. Michelle holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida.

Julie is an Executive Assistant at Wealth Partners Capital Group. Previously, she was an Event Coordinator at The Breakers in Palm Beach. Prior to that, she spent many years in the non-profit sector as an Event Manager, planning fundraising events for Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches and Gulfstream Goodwill. Julie holds a B.A. from LIM College in New York City.
